Cheesy Chicken Casserole Recipe
I came up with my cheesy chicken casserole recipe by accident. My son wanted to try some squash casserole. He loved it until he got to the squash It was then that I got the idea to take out the squash and add chicken instead!

Equipment
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 skillet
- 1 baking dish
Ingredients
- 1 ea chicken breast
- 1 box chicken flavored stuffing
- 1 tub sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 box chicken crackers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Slice chicken breast into cubes and season well with your choice of seasonings.
- Cook on medium high heat until completely done.
- Smash chicken crackers into pieces, but not a fine powder.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients except the cheddar cheese and mix well.
- Spray baking dish with cooking spray and add the mixed ingredients.
- Top the dish with shredded cheddar and place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until the top is browned to your liking.
