Equipment

  • 1 sauce pan or skillet
  • 1 baking sheet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 6 ea frozen biscuits

Instructions

  • Bake your frozen biscuits in the oven according to the package instructions.
  • Brown sausage in a pan on medium high heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the tablespoon of butter.
  • Sprinkle the flour into the pan, making sure to stir so it doesn't clump up. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add in the milk, continuing to stir. Cook until thick like cream based soup, which should take around 10-15 minutes.
  • Once the biscuits are done in the oven, and the gravy has thickened up sufficiently, the dish is done. Pour the gravy over the biscuits and enjoy!
